Meeting Sheila Oliver today was an honor. Sheila and her family have been Westmore Fuel customers for many years. Sheila entered our long term customer contest back in October and wrote, “Your staff knows me very well. I bring laughter and joy to the office every time I come to pay my monthly budget payment. Ruben always says, ‘I’m so happy all the time’, I thank God for his grace and mercy.”
