Dear Friends,
Our motto is “Fast, easy and convenient,” so we always look for ways to make doing business with us a pleasant experience. Technology has been a big help in achieving this goal.
With our online portal, you can access your account anytime to pay bills or to check your fuel usage, transaction history or the length of your pricing contract. You can also request a tune-up date and we will schedule your appointment the next day. If you need emergency service, however, you should always call us to ensure a prompt response.
A majority of our customers have set up automatic payments and electronic statements. We have also used new software to redesign our delivery tickets so that they are easier to read.
More recently, we vastly improved our pricing contract process. Before, a customer had to receive a contract via the Postal Service, sign it and mail it back to us. The process took many days and very often went on beyond the contract offer’s expiration date. Now we email a web link to a contract offer for you to review and accept online. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a PDF copy of your new contract.
As you can see, our mission is to serve you better — and we want you to feel confident that whatever your needs are this season, Westmore is ready and available to make your life a little easier.
Warmly,
Richard C. Bologna
We’re very proud of the high ratings we’ve earned on customer-review sites like Customer Lobby, Google and Yelp, as well as on our own Facebook page.
When we get a positive review, we don’t take it easy; we set the bar even higher. But we know we aren’t always perfect. When a customer feels we’ve let him or her down, we’ll respond quickly and do whatever we can to make things right.
We’d love to read what you think! Please post your reviews on our Facebook page and your favorite review site. Here are a few recent comments we’ve received from Customer Lobby (read more reviews here).

Clean, efficient BioHeat continues to keep millions of homes warm and safe no matter the weather. Recent declines in heating oil prices and positive forecasts for stable prices in the foreseeable future have made oil heat an even more appealing option. And there’s plenty of heating oil to go around because of abundant supply!
Renewable, cutting edge and energy efficient. These are all things you may be hearing about BioHeat® fuel. BioHeat is a blend of ultra-low-sulfur heating oil and biodiesel, which is made from natural sources, including soybeans, sunflowers, pumpkin seeds and more. BioHeat is made in the United States, and that helps support local farmers, local industries and a local economy.
A driving force for the prevailing trend of stable, manageable oil prices has been the huge increases in U.S. crude oil production. The country is producing so much oil that we are moving toward being a net exporter, rather than a net importer. This could become a reality within the next 10 years, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.
Oil heat has a lot going for it, and many people put safety at the top of the list. While there are plenty of reasons that people feel safe at home with oil heat, here are just three points to remember.
The latest oil heating systems are small, smart and super-efficient and can save you, on average, about 30% on your annual heating costs. There are many different equipment options to fit your budget.

Our Even Pay budget plan began in August, but here’s some good news: You can still enroll in this plan and divide your fuel bill into manageable monthly payments.
Imagine knowing that there will be no surprise winter heating bills — or being able to plan your finances knowing exactly what your monthly heating bill will be. Best of all, there are no charges for this service!
For more convenience, combine Even Pay with our popular AutoPay option and pay your bills automatically, directly through your bank or credit card. Contact us today to enroll!
Q: Why do you recommend the System 2000 boiler?
A: Because of advances in technology, today’s high-efficiency oil heating systems use much less energy than older models. A new system can reduce annual fuel bills by as much as 40%!
Many customers have seen savings like this after installing the Energy Kinetics System 2000. Brookhaven National Laboratory, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, has rated the System 2000 the most efficient oil boiler in the world!
With the System 2000’s hybrid energy-recovery cycle, no heat energy is left wasted in the boiler. System 2000 can be installed with or without a chimney. The System 2000 has the lowest overall standby heat loss (heat escaping up the chimney when a boiler turns off) and the best annual efficiency performance of all heating systems tested to date.

If you have ever called us to have new equipment installed, you’ve probably spoken with Maureen White, who manages all of our installation appointments.
When a customer calls, Maureen will dispatch an installation technician to inspect the old equipment, take pictures and interview the owner. Once the technician returns to the office, he will huddle with the equipment manager to design the ideal system.
Maureen then prepares a proposal, which includes a detailed list of every step in the installation process. Maureen says that most customers do not know much about heating and cooling equipment, so “they rely on us for our expertise.” The goal, she says, is to install a system that will work trouble-free from day one and for years to come.
